Revive Stale Potato Chips With A Quick Bake In The Oven

If you accidentally leave a bag of potato chips open in a humid climate, those things will be tasting funky after a little while. Karen Ahn at WonderHowTo recommends you pop them in the oven to get rid of that excess moisture and crisp them back up. Preheat your oven to 190C and bake for around 10 minutes, depending on the staleness level. If you’re not sure how long you need, it’s OK to check them every couple minutes until they are perfectly crispy once again.
