Transform A Multi-Light Lamp Into A Speaker Tower

Transform A Multi-Light Lamp Into A Speaker Tower

When you need a compact, unique, and pretty weird speaker tower for your home, look no further than a lamp. Instructables user sbanas manages to take a standard three-light floor lamp and pump stereo sound through it.

If you’ve ever assembled one of these three-light lamps before you know you this won’t require too much work. The inside of the stand already has a hollow area to run a power cord, so you simply need to make room for one more and pick up a cheap pair of portable speakers to take the place of the bulb sockets. While you might not get the best sound out of this arrangement, you do get a cool, stealth speaker stand with one built in light. Not a bad way to let friends play their music when they come to visit.
