Turn A Childproof Pill Bottle Into One That Is Easy To Open

Childproof bottles aren’t the annoyance they were when you were young, but they can still be a pain to open. Redditor kidcodiwise shows us how to de-childproof a pill bottle with next to no effort.

Many pill bottles have a smaller “cap” under the main cap, so you just need to pry the top one off. Kidcodiwise uses the edge of his counter to do so (though notes that it may take a bit of practice to do without spilling the pills everywhere). This may not be necessary for most bottles, but it could save time if you have arthritis, a broken hand or just a particularly stubborn lid.

Just make sure you keep them well out of reach of children and pets.
