The process for sending an email is exactly what you’d expect. Fill out your email addresses, your subject line and your message. Then, your email is delivered anonymously to your boss. When your boss replies, it will go to your email, but your boss still won’t know who sent it. The catch? Tell Your Boss Anything flags messages with violent phrases or cursing and if a manager flags a message because it’s abusive, Tell Your Boss Anything might reveal your identity.
