The Rich Media Workspace

Today’s featured workspace comes from Flickr user uofmtiger (also known as Derek), who created a highly functional and very personalised home office. The many computers and displays plus all the wall-mounted television and abundance of music make it both a fun place to work and relax.

Last week we discussed how your personality is remarkably important when designing your living space, and Derek’s home office is a perfect example of that in effect. Painted walls, comfy furniture, a nice rug, a big desk, a music theme and plenty of technology make up one cool place to work and hang out. Derek’s been kind enough to post his process in great detail, so if you want to borrow some of his ideas for your own workspace you can learn all about what he did here.
