"Best keep yourself clean and bright; you are the window through which you see the world." ~ George Bernard Shaw

It's easy to forget how much colour we add to our experiences. We can look at the same sky one hour and think it's beautiful, then come back later and find it ugly. When we forget how our thoughts and feelings change the way we see, we begin to accept reality as our tainted view. To some extent this is inevitable, but as Shaw suggests it's best to remain clean and bright else you'll find yourself seeing your world without its merits.
