Makeup removal wipes are super-convenient when you’re in a rush or in a hurry to clean your face before falling into bed. If you find commercial makeup removal wipes too expensive to justify, this DIY version may be just what you need.
The folks at WonderHowTo point out that all you need to make your own makeup wipes is a roll of paper towels cut in half, a sealable storage container and a tablespoon or two of olive oil, jojoba oil or castor oil. You can also add a few squirts of facial cleanser if you want, or even something like Tea Tree Oil, which has antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties.
