Chrome: Google has experimented in the past with including tweets as part of search results. A dispute with Twitter means that’s no longer the case, but Chrome users can restore that functionality with browser extension HashPlug.
Results from Twitter are added to an extra sidebar on the right side of your Google search results screen. You can read the selected tweets, retweet or share them without having to open Twitter itself.
