The linked-to job page says: “a brilliant tech all-rounder”, so I’d say you’re correct.
Oh, and I don’t think it’s too hard to find an all-rounder. I’m an all-rounder for my company (infact, I’m the only tech savvy guy), and know of a bunch of others in exactly the same position (all with jobs, sorry Allure!)

Also think using only php is a bit overrated. A lot of pretty good server-side web processing out there. Got to pay a pretty penny for all of the above. -

I didn’t mean that it’s hard to find one – it’s just next to impossible to find a GOOD one. The nature of a jack of all trades is such that they are very rarely a specialist at anything. If you need one person to do 4 jobs at an average level, it’s not that hard to find someone. If you want a high level of output, you need to build a team.
