Here’s Everything Coming To Netflix And Stan This March

While neither Stan nor the Australian Netflix library has anything near the range of US streaming services, every month we get just a little more. Read on to see all the content that will be added to their libraries during the month of March.

Netflix is adding a bevy of new content throughout the month, from cinematic classics like Toy Story (all three films) and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off to Netflix Originals such as the fourth season of House Of Cards and a new slice-of-life comedy series called Flaked. Here are some of the highlights for the month:

House of Cards, Season 4:

In Season Four, Frank and Claire continue their pursuit for power, battling everyone in their way, including each other.

Marvel’s Daredevil, Season 2:

Blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) fights against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the superhero “Daredevil” in modern day Hell’s Kitchen, New York City.

Flaked, Season 1:

Flaked is the serio-comic story of Chip, a celebrated long-time resident of the insular world of Venice, California who falls for the object of his best friend’s fascination. Soon the tangled web of half-truths and semi-bullshit that underpins his all-important image and sobriety begins to unravel.

Toy Story:

A cowboy doll is profoundly threatened and jealous when a new spaceman figure supplants him as top toy in a boy’s room.

Ferris Bueller’s Day Off:

A high school wise guy is determined to have a day off from school, despite what the principal thinks of that.

Netflix Presents: The Characters, Season 1:

We asked eight up-and-coming comedians for their wildest sketch and improve routines – and got a new comedy series unlike anything else.

Mad Max Fury Road:

From director George Miller, originator of the post-apocalyptic genre and mastermind behind the legendary Mad Max franchise comes Mad Max: Fury Road, a return to the world of the Road Warrior, Max Rockatansky. Hailed by critics as one of the best films of 2015, winner of five Academy Awards and nominated for ten.

Every episode of every Star Trek series will be available on Stan — the perfect binge-watch marathon for the Easter long weekend. That’s right, Star Trek: The Original Series, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise!

SVOD Exclusive: Steve Coogan, Kathryn Hahn and Bradley Whitford star in the series Happyish. Life, liberty and the pursuit of… what exactly? Happyish centres on Thom and Lee Payne, who face obsolescence in a youth-obsessed culture where people in their 40s are halfway to dead.
