When you go to a job interview, you might not be sure how to dress. Check the online profiles of the employees to get an idea about the company’s culture.
The Muse suggests checking LinkedIn and other social media profile:
If you know the names of your interviewers, take a peek at their LinkedIn profile pics. This will show you what they view as “professional attire” and help you choose an outfit that falls in step. It’s important to look like you’re one who will fit in at the company.
Everyone doesn’t use a professional picture on LinkedIn, so don’t always assume a T-shirt is appropriate. Check a few profiles online before making a decision on how to dress.

I recommend over-dressing with your best suit every time, and if it turns out the interviewers have ‘gone casual’, ditch the jacket (folded once over a chair arm or similar), loosen the tie, unbutton the collar, and roll up your sleeves.
