Google Play’s New ‘Recommended’ Section Finds Apps You’ll Like

Google just added a new feature to the Play Store on Android, which recommends apps it thinks you’ll like based on what your friends like, what similar users have downloaded, by your location.

To check out the new section, just open up the Play Store, tap “Apps” and scroll down to “Recommended for You”. You’ll see a bunch of apps your Google+ friends have liked, apps popular with users of other apps you’ve downloaded, and more. To dismiss an app, just click the circle with the line through it, and it’ll remove it from your list (thus producing more recommendations for you).
