Fix Curling Shirt Collars With Iron-On Patches

It may seem silly, but shirt collars that constantly curl upwards can be really annoying. Reader Chip Barron shows us his DIY fix, using nothing more than a pack of iron-on patches.

Chip discovered that the stiffness of iron-on patches is perfect for a set of makeshift but permanent iron-on collar stays, so he took a pack of patches, cut them in the shape of collar stays, and ironed them on the underside of his collar. Now they stay perfectly straight. Check out the image below to see the process step-by-step.
