Easy Voice Recorder For Android Makes Recording Lectures Or Interviews Simple

Android: Easy Voice Recorder is a holo-themed voice-recording tool that hides some serious features under its easy-to-use exterior. If all you want to do is record a quick interview or conversation, it’s a tap or two away, but you can also use the app to easily record in high-quality lossless or change the file format.

While we don’t think Easy Voice Recorder will take the crown from our current favourite, Tape-a-Talk Voice Recorder, it certainly gives it a run for its money. Easy Voice Recorder lets you record in MP4 (Gingerbread or higher), 3GP and WAV, and store all of your recordings on your SD card, complete with custom labels so you can tell them apart.

Easy Voice Recorder lets you record for as long as you like, and it allows you to tweak the recording quality so you have control over the sound and how large the files get. The free version is ad-supported, but the developer promises that won’t limit your recording time. If you like the app, the Pro version is $4 and strips out the ads, lets you append new recordings to old ones, offers some noise reduction features, and allows you to switch between phone and camcorder microphones. It’s not designed to record your phone calls, but if you do interviews or just want to record a lecture while you doze off in class, this app can help.
