White Noise Now Lets You Create And Share Your Favourite Ambient Sounds

White Noise, one of the better ambient noise apps out there, has always let you record your own personal sound loops to listen to. But now, you can upload and share your collection of ambient recordings with everyone.

In their most recent update, White Noise 7, TMSOFT revamped the recording process and made it easy to upload personal recordings on the White Noise Market or share them with others over social networks. Know a great place for bird noises, or think your coffee shop has great ambience? Record and share it. People have already uploaded the sounds of flying in specific aeroplanes and standing near tropical waterfalls. Basically, almost any ambient sound in the world has the potential to be shared now. Todd Moore, the creator of the app, hopes that White Noise does for sounds what Instagram does for photos.

The process of recording and sharing sounds is simple: Just tap to start and stop recording your sound (it does the looping for you), add a photo and location (optional) and it instantly appears in your sound library. Then you can share it to the market, email the sound to your friends, share it on your social networks or backup your sounds to iTunes. You can download the update in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
