If you look at your to-do list and see a lot of things that you have to do for other people, it can be easy to get discouraged and think that you never have time for yourself — or, worse, that the only things you do are things other people need from you. Plus, they’re so easy to check off that you’ll feel motivated to work on the rest of your list.
The tip comes from the folks at Apartment Therapy, who suggest filling your to-do list with good, healthy and personal tasks. They also suggest reinforcing the healthy stuff by tackling it first and building up momentum you can use for the rest of your day. Hit the link below for the full breakdown.
