Swiping on a red lip is the easiest way to spruce up your face and feel a bit fancy, but wearing the same colour over and over again can get a bit boring. Luckily, Marie Claire has five great tips for spicing up your red lip quickly and easily.
Some are a bit more wearable than others — the first one involves a lot of glitter — but my absolute favourite is the “colour block lip” where you simply paint your bottom lip a different (complimentary) colour from the top. It’s cool, colourful and takes no extra effort. If that feels a bit “much”, try tip number five and just pile on the gloss.
