We don't remember phone numbers too often nowadays because our smartphones remember them for us. But what about when you need to dial an extension, too? Rather than write it down in a note, Yahoo! Tech reveals a simple way to make your iPhone do the work for you.
- Enter a phone number in the dialler as you normally would.
- Tap and hold the * key until you're able to select a comma (,).
- After the comma, add the extension.
- Save the number into your contacts.
The comma creates a pause so your phone won't dial the extension immediately. Save it in your contacts and save yourself some time.
