The Quizlet Lock Screen Teaches You Foreign Language Vocabulary

One of the many facets of learning a new language is simple vocabulary. Studying site Quizlet has put together a small app that hooks vocabulary training right into your Facebook feed.

Once you link the Quizlet lock screen to your Facebook account, you’ll be tasked with unlocking words in your friend’s news feed into either Spanish or French (Chinese languages are coming soon). Quizlet highlights a word, and then you pull the lock icon to the correct foreign language word. The site works on both mobile and the web, so if you want to kill a few minutes reading Facebook and brush up on your vocabulary at the same time, it’s a handy tool.

If you want to go further than that, check out our guide to learning a foreign language quickly.
