Home and technology blog Unplggd suggests that a great home office is one that actually feels more like an office and less like a home. Looking at today’s example from Mackenzie Kosut, we have to agree. The natural light, open space, hardwood floors and conservative-yet-contemporary aesthetic make this featured workspace look like a great place to get things done.
Unplggd suggests that the key to making a home workspace more office-like is providing yourself with ample desk space, an organised filing system, and a separation of rooms so your life doesn’t bleed into your work. You may not have the luxury of a physical wall between your life and your work, but moveable dividers or curtains can make a big difference.
