ReGadget Now Offering Quotes To Buy Used Laptops

We told you last month about ReGadget, a site which expanded the familiar we’ll-pay-for-your-old-mobile-phone concept to MP3 players, consoles and cameras. It has now added another option: cash for your old laptop.

Unlike the existing categories, there’s no immediate fixed price offered (which seems fair enough given the huge range of laptop options and customisations out there). The site says it will offer a quote within one business day, and higher prices are paid if you have original recovery discs and other inclusions such as cables.

The laptops are reinstalled with a fresh OS image on receipt, but as a security measure you would obviously want to wipe all data before sending it in. If you get an interesting quote for your old laptop, tell us about it in the comments.
