Some people say that if your work is what you love it’s not really work at all. Others say that loving your job, or even liking it, isn’t really that important. So which is it? Is the perfect job more your passion or something that doesn’t intrude upon it? Or is there a sweet spot somewhere in the middle?

It is critical to distinguish between the job and the way you do it. This is important because every job has aspects that will be very unpleasant for you. You need to be able to get through them with a smile on your face.
