Women have the wonderful superpower of multiple orgasms, but most men do not. Even worse, many men don’t have much control over their orgasms in the first place. If you’re a guy who often comes before he’d like to, sex shop Babeland offers a couple of tips to gain more control.

The most important element? Kegel exercises.
Kegel exercises will help you strengthen the muscles that are involved in orgasm. Squeeze the muscles you would to cut off the flow of urine. Do that repeatedly. Click here for a more detailed How to Exercise Your PC Muscles. Also, as men approach ejaculation their testicles rise. Some men find that a gentle downward tug on the testicles can help delay ejaculation.
Kegel exercises are often thought of as something for women, but as noted men can do them, too (and pretty much anywhere, anytime). For more on male sexual anatomy, check out Babeland’s full post.

Shaking your head also works. 0_0 I’m serious, give it a try. The harder you shake the more it does.
I hope you’re in a position where your partner can’t see what you’re doing…
It’d be OK for her pro-longed enjoyment. I’d also question why she had her eyes open in the first place. :p
Cos I’m so damn pretty it helps her get there if she looks at me
If you not willing to, or won’t just withdraw and wait… then lightly touching your taint does the trick.
