Build A Drone-Catching Net Gun Out Of Basic Plumbing Parts

If you’re looking for a way to shoot down snooping drones in the near dystopian future, or just want to pretend to be Batman, this fun DIY build is for you.

This video, from DIYer and youtuber William Osman, shows you everything you need to build your own net gun. The construction is very similar to a potato cannon. You’ll need PVC piping, sprinkler valves, an air gun for the trigger mechanism, and some netting for your projectile among other things. Once you’ve got it assembled, you can fire the net out and catch whatever is in its path, be it a drone, a comic book villain, or your dog because pets are fun.
