Dropsuite launches Microsoft Office 365 SMB Email Backup Service In Australia

Software provider Dropsuite has launched its Microsoft Office 365 email backup and archiving solution Dropmyemail (DME) in Australia through its reseller partner Ozhosting. The service is aimed at small and medium businesses (SMBs). Here’s what you need to know.

According to Microsoft, there are 60 million monthly active commercial users on Office 365 and are adding tens of thousands of small businesses globally every month. Dropsuite sees a lot of opportunities to target the SMB space with its Office 365 Email Backup And Archiving service. It lets users backup, manage, recover and protect their inboxes easily. The service is charged per mailbox per month.

According to OzHosting CEO Doug Endersbee:

“Many of the businesses we serve are professional services such as lawyers, accountants, health, architects, and every email has the potential to contain advice or a commitment that is legally binding and must be permanently retained – these businesses need the ability to protect themselves from inadvertent or malicious deletion of emails.”
