Office 365 Adds Moodle Integration

Microsoft has announced via its Microsoft Open Technologies subsidiary that it’s now possible to integrate Moodle with Office 365 for Australian customers.

The relevant office 365 plugin includes a step by step guide to deployment of Moodle, Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) 2.0, and Windows Azure Active Directory, a guide to implementing the Moodle Office 365 Plugin itself and a Moodle release package, and is available now for download. Amongst the features that the plugin offers is the ability for course coordinators to automatically update teacher and student calendars via Outlook automatically.
