See Only Resize-Friendly Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) In Google Images

Use the search filetype:svg to see only vector graphics that look good at any size and in most browsers, along with fonts that render well at multiple sizes and weights. As Download Squad points out, however, just because you find an SVG in an Image search doesn’t mean it’s free to use, so check the terms before you grab and go.
