Make a Return

You can return sunglasses, jewellery, and blue light glasses within 30 days of delivery for a refund under Quay’s return policy. Items returned without the original packaging or after 30 days are refunded as store credit. 

You will receive a refund in full if the item arrives faulty or damaged. A $6.50 shipping fee applies for all other return reasons.

Discounted items are not eligible for return. You also must enter your return on the portal in the “Returns Center” before mailing back the item.
