Amazon has added the ability to run Windows applications from its Amazon Web Services Marketplace, meaning you can deploy virtual Windows instances and then execute commercial applications on top of them. Four apps are included in the intial rollout: Parallels Plesk, Quest Toad, MicroStrategy and SAP Afaria.
