Jun 4, 2016, 10:20am

It's cool man. Not everyone's a reader 😊

I used to make time to read every day. I loved it when a good book took me a week to get through, but these days I go months without reading. I always end up writing, or editing or gaming or going to the gym or hanging with the fam. There's only so many hours in the day.

Canon's Rumoured 28-560mm Lens Sounds Comically Gigantic

May 22, 2016, 2:51pm

Not just for hard core photographers. I'm a filmmaker in my spare time and a lens like this, if it really has an F stop of 2.8 is really interesting to me. The flexibility of such a huge zoom range would save a lot of time on set as you would almost never have to change lenses!

They're trained to aim at the center of mass. So chest shots will definitely happen. Still better than a bullet to the chest though.

But if they're panicking then it's a life and death situation... Plus I'd still rather be hit by one of these and one bullet than 2 bullets.

10 Movie Myths That Can Never Actually Happen In Real Life

Sep 15, 2014, 8:17am

Don't believe everything you see on the net dude. I don't think all of those were cold hard facts at all, it was just presented that way.

10 Movie Myths That Can Never Actually Happen In Real Life

Sep 15, 2014, 8:17am

Plausible, but dangerous. And you'd need a decent calibre. Pretty much solid steel that you're trying to break.

I don't really like these films. Almost all of those examples I could think of situations where it could occur, or I thought "You don't know that". We've barely even been to space but people are sure about what it's like to go through an asteroid field? It's a biiiiiig universe, lots of things are possible.
