In this TED-Ed talk, David Allen, creator of the Getting Things Done (GTD) productivity method, explains how you can use GTD to be productive and more engaged with your work — and play. The end result isn’t just that you’re more organised, but that you don’t stress out as much.
The entire talk is about 20 minutes long, bt the video is a good primer to GTD and why it can be a really effective productivity technique. GTD requires a certain rigour and may not work for everyone, but the basic tips and techniques Allen describes here are broadly applicable to just about anyone, even if you choose not to make GTD your productivity method of choice.
