Predicting the future is near impossible -- but that doesn‘t stop us all from having a red hot go. Human beings have been predicting the future since the beginning of history and the results range from the hilarious to the downright uncanny.
One thing all future predictions have in common: they‘re rooted in our current understanding of how the world works. It‘s difficult to escape that mindset. We have no idea how technology will evolve, so our ideas are connected to the technology of today.
Windows/Mac/Android (root): Apps like Pushbullet allow you to move stuff like links and text from one device to another, but they always require action on the original device first. Handover, an Xposed module, allows you to do the same without touching your phone.
Android (rooted): Some Android handsets support a "knock code" unlock feature -- tapping on the screen in a certain pattern to gain access. An Xposed module can bring the same option to just about any rooted phone running Android 4.2 and above.
