For years, I've woken up between 8:00am and 9:00am. After reading Robin Sharma's book, The 5 a.m. Club, I challenged myself to start waking up at 5am and following Sharma's best practices.

In two weeks of sticking to the plan, I found I was getting enough sleep, accomplishing more than ever, and building healthier habits throughout the day. Here's everything I learned.
