As summer eases into autumn, we stand at the prime time to start, or restart, a running routine. We’re looking at two months or so of beautiful running weather, with plenty of light in the mornings and evenings. Lace up, and let’s get started.
Many people, myself included, have multiple areas of life they would like to improve. For example, I would like to reach more people with my writing, to lift heavier weights at the gym and to start practising mindfulness more consistently. And those are just a few of a long list of goals.
