Purchased something that isn't right for you? You can return in-store for free, or pay a flat rate fee of $8.95 from any address in Australia. 

You also have 30 days to send back any returns and they need to be in their original packaging, accompanied with proof of purchase. The usual exceptions apply on products like jewellery and personalised items.
