If you missed TV’s most iconic family, never fear because the Kardashians are coming back to our screens very soon. That’s right folks, it’s just been announced that The Kardashians is returning to Disney+ for season 2 of the revamped reality show.
We’ve also been gifted the teaser for The Kardashians Season 2, and it sure is spicy, check it out below.
Although the whole trailer is great, there’s one section that’s catching everyone’s eye on social media.
And yes, it’s that moment with Kim Kardashian asking Pete Davidson to shower with him and he throws his phone on the floor and runs to her.
It’s moments like these in this trailer that have absolutely gotten me excited for season 2 of The Kardashians. I loved the freshness of season 1 and I’m looking forward to seeing what drama we see unfold in the next season.
When is the release date for The Kardashians season 2?
Even though the final episode of season 1 of The Kardashians only just aired, a release date for season 2 has already been announced.
Lucky for us Kardashian fans, we won’t have to wait long for season 2 to come out.
Season 2 of The Kardashians is set to premiere on September 22 on Disney+.
New episodes will then air every Thursday after that.
Where we left the family in Season 1
Now that we are gearing up for season 2, let’s look back at where we left the family in season 1 of The Kardashians.
Kim Kardashian is well and truly forging her own path and identity without Kayne. She finally passed her bar exam and is stepping up her fashion game (if that was even possible) by collaborating with major fashion labels and magazines.
Kim had only just introduced Pete Davidson, her new beau, in the final few episodes of last season.
It wasn’t as smooth sailing for Khloe Kardashian, however, who left season 1 with another Tristan Thompson scandal, this time with him not telling Khloe he was having a baby with another woman. Yikes.
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker were trying for a baby and going to rather extreme lengths for that goal, including a week’s detox from many things (read: coffee, exercise and sex) to no avail.
Kylie Jenner was still pregnant with her second child and Kendall Jenner was doing her own thing in classic Kendall fashion.
What we’re hoping to see in Season 2
The trailer gives us a lot to work with in terms of what we are going to see in season 2 of The Kardashians.
It teases that we are going to get a lot more Kim and Pete content, which we are absolutely here for.
Another thing the trailer teased that we’re keen to see in the next season is the Blac Chyna defamation case. We already know the result of the case but it should be interesting to see how it all unfolded.
Something I think we are all very excited to see is the preparation for Kourtney and Travis’ wedding. There truly is nothing like an extremely lavish Kardashian wedding to feast over.
It will also be interesting to see how Khloe is doing after the bombshell scandal that was revealed in the last episode of season 1.
We will also be getting a Jenner baby! There’s truly so much to look forward to.
