  • Chef here – I’ve had that thermometer for a few years and it works great! I like the look of the carbon steel wok and it will be better than non stick. If you get it, make sure to oil it after use so it doesn’t rust. Dalstrong knives are known to be of poor quality, but spend a lot of money on marketing
