Every aspect of life has been hit by the COVID-19 pandemic but most dramatically, our love lives have come screeching to a halt.
When coronavirus restrictions started hit Australia and the world around us, it was the non-essentials that were the first to go. This meant casual dating was out of the picture for the foreseeable future as our social lives shifted to the digital world.
If you were already in a relationship, it just meant you were pushed to stay indoors with your significant other for days on end.
But if you were single or not serious with anyone in particular, it was hard to argue for meeting up with strangers and made even tougher given all the typical dating venues were closed down.
Not a scenario anyone ever predicted we’d see in 2020.
It’s because of this crazy, we wanted to know how you dealt, or are dealing, with it all. Has your dating or love life changed much since March? Is it for the better? Are you finding it easier or harder? Are Zoom dates working out for you?
