Pure VPN I have been using perfectly for two years. I needed to re-install Win 10, and in turn, re-install Pure VPN. Several serious problems occurred.

User name failed: contacted support who emailed a new user name, which failed because..... get this ... Pure told me to just use the numbers in the alpha numeric user name they supplied. Oh, but when using the Google app use the full user name. That worked a treat. I told Pure that was a nasty "trick"

Now I am logged into the app but it will not connect to Neflix USA - Support "oh do not use the app is is not working for some users.

It went on for another hour - So, buy Pure VPN but be prepared for complications.

You just seem technically challenged, that is all.

Not today. 25 years in IT. Are all your comment in that tone. Is that why you were reduced "guest" status?
