  • Pure VPN I have been using perfectly for two years. I needed to re-install Win 10, and in turn, re-install Pure VPN. Several serious problems occurred.

User name failed: contacted support who emailed a new user name, which failed because….. get this … Pure told me to just use the numbers in the alpha numeric user name they supplied. Oh, but when using the Google app use the full user name. That worked a treat. I told Pure that was a nasty “trick”

Now I am logged into the app but it will not connect to Neflix USA – Support “oh do not use the app is is not working for some users.

It went on for another hour – So, buy Pure VPN but be prepared for complications.
