Reduce Your Anxiety By Breathing Along With This GIF

Hey there. Having a bad day? Everything’s going to be ok—just breathe in and out.

If you’ve ever had a bout of anxiety, you might feel like your heart’s pounding out of your chest or you can’t think clearly. One remedy is deep, slow breathing. But how would you accomplish this? Here’s a GIF, courtesy of Twitter user @iatemuggles, that’ll demonstrate how to breathe when you’re feeling anxious.

If you’re still feeling tense, we have a few other ideas in mind.
