Well, we’ve come to the end of the playground fitness challenge, although if you’re having fun you certainly don’t have to stop.
Over this month I got better at monkey bars, although not great because monkey bars are hard, yo. (Especially when you go to the playground in the morning before the kids wake up, and everything is covered in dew. Super slippery.) I tried some new things, like hanging from bars to work on my grip.

I didn’t this month, but playground workouts were a regular thing for me when my kids were younger.
At certain ages, even chasing little ones around a big playground can be an athletic challenge all by itself.
