Telstra is slashing the price of all iPhone 8 Plus plans in a bid to clear out 100% of its stock. In addition to saving a tasty $480 on 24-month contracts you can also score up to 100GB of bonus data. Here are the deals!

For a limited time, Telstra’s entire suite of 256GB iPhone 8 Plus plans have been reduced by $20 per month. The plans come with unlimited calls/SMS/MMS and an assortment of bonus goodies depending on which deal you plump for. These range from international talk and text to a whopping 100GB of bonus data.

You can see a rundown of inclusions that come with each plan below. (Click on the ‘Go’ button to learn more about each plan.)

The clear winner here is the $99 plan (down from $119 per month.) That gets you the phone in space grey, unlimited talk and text, plus 10GB of bonus data for a total of 20GB per month. The plan will set you back a minimum of $2376.

To put the above price into perspective, buying the lower-specced 64GB iPhone 8 on the same Telstra plan currently costs the same ($99). Meanwhile, the 256GB iPhone XS is a much heftier $139 per month. (Buying the iPhone 8 Plus outright from Apple costs $1399, incidentally.)

Extreme data users may also want to consider the $154 option, which comes with 160GB of data per month. That plan will set you back $3696 over 24 months.

The iPhone 8 Plus deal will continue until stocks run out – so the deadline could be sooner rather than later. If you’re keen, we advise signing up soonish.
