What apps/software/tools can’t you live without?

Slides, sheets, docs and iPad with pencil.

What social network do you find most useful?

LinkedIn as it helps to generate awareness of what we do and keeps me across what’s going on in and around the industry.

What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?

Go with your gut, act faster, if it’s too good to be true, it often is.

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

To be able to work with a brilliant team of smart people and be inspired by business leaders in the retail industry. It is very humbling to be around such intelligent people.

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

Product vision and empathy for the holistic user experience.
