If you’re having trouble accessing Google Gmail right now, you’re certainly not the only one. A massive outage has hit servers around the world, including many parts of Australia. Here’s what we know so far.
Why isn’t Gmail working?
Gmail has been having issues since around 1:50pm. According to the site DownDetector, the majority affected customers are experiencing log-in errors while others are having problems with attachments and receiving messages. More than 3000 complaints have been registered with DownDetector in the last hour.
Google hasn’t released an official statement yet but is responding to individual users on social media.
Hi Tina. Could you let us know how are you accessing Gmail (iOS or Android)? We’ll do our best to help.
