What apps/software/tools can’t you live without?

G-Suite, Lattice, Monday.com
Trello, Dropbox, Zoom, Messenger, Google Maps, voice memos, and Uber.

What social network do you find most useful?

LinkedIn.

What were the most important lessons you learned while growing your business?

The harder I work, the ‘luckier’ I get. Also to only do your best, focus on opportunity, never get beaten on effort, and harness amazing people. Even now with a current client base of 70, including some of Australia’s largest construction, engineering, infrastructure companies and major contractors – these lessons still serve me and my business.

What has been the most surprising part of your business journey?

People and growth: You need to use many different tactics because everyone and each part of the journey is radically different. While trust, goodwill and being heard are universally important, this looks different to different people. And as businesses and communities grow, it brings with it new needs and requires different approaches. Listening and adapting cannot be underestimated!

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else?

Connecting with people – call, text, like, comment, share, post, chat – and never stop. The right connections and the ability to connect people together and connect solutions to problems, are what I do best.

What’s your sleep routine like?

Varied, because I’m ‘in the zone’ at night. Some of my best focused time is when others are asleep.

>What advice would you offer to other businesses on how to succeed?

Ideas are worthless without the ability and drive to implement them.
