Finding the time to work out during the day can sometimes be a bit… complicated. If you’re running short on time but still want to get a little bit of a workout in, Alexa can actually help make that happen through the Alexa skill for the 7-Minute Workout.
As the name implies, the skill walks you through all of the exercises in the famed workout.
The workout involves things like jumping jacks and squats. Chances are good you know how to do most of it, but if you don’t, the Alexa app on your phone will show you what a plank is actually supposed to look like. If you have an Alexa Show then it will display all that info right on the screen.
It’s not a replacement for the gym, but if you have to skip a day and still want to sneak a little workout in and it can be a solid way to fit a lot in without having to set aside much time to do it.
