Microsoft Surface release dates

All three new devices are available for pre-order from Microsoft today. The Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2 will start shipping on 16 October 2018 but there's no firm date on the Surface Studio 2 at the moment.

The Studio 2 is unfortunately a 7th Gen Intel chipset not 8 :-(

I want the high spec surface studio 2. But do I want to spend $7499 to get f'ing way!
It might be possible to get a 15% discount sometime, but it still makes it prohibitively expensive!
Also, may I add. As an everyday user of a surface book 2, I've noticed the pen nibs wear out / are not as responsive as i would like. translate this to a 28 inch screen... the experience of drawing might not be as good it looks. happy to be proved wrong! :D
