Dealhacker: Get $740 Off The Apple Phone X!

If you’re shopping around for a new telco provider and a new iPhone, JB Hi-Fi has a deal that’s pretty hard to ignore. For a limited time, you can get a whopping $740 off the 64GB iPhone X when you bundle it with a $65 phone plan – that’s approximately 50% off the current sticker price! Here are the details.

JB Hi-Fi is launching its own SIM-only mobile plans on the Telstra network, and it’s offering bonus phone discounts as an incentive to sign up. One of the best deals by far is the 64GB iPhone X for $739 upfront. (Outside of the deal, the same phone costs $1479 at JB Hi-Fi.)

Here’s how the plan breaks down:

• $65 Mobile BYO Plan (24 months) – Unlimited talk and text, 45GB data (40GB + 5GB bonus) and $500 Phone Credit towards outright phone purchase (where the full phone price is $999 or more.)

As mentioned above, the $500 discount is good for any phone over $999 so you’re not restricted to Apple handsets. However, from today until September 30, JB Hi-Fi is knocking an extra $240 off the iPhone X 64GB which brings the total discount of $740.

Note that this deal is for the iPhone X – not the iPhone XS – but there’s not a huge amount of difference between them. You can rest assured that the X remains one of the most powerful smartphones on the market.

Unfortunately, the deal is only available in store, so you will need to get your butt down to the nearest JB Hi-Fi outlet in your area.
