Use Alexa To Determine What Wine To Serve With Your Dinner

If you don’t have any wine knowledge, figuring out what wine to serve with dinner can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. While most of us have a decent idea of what to serve with a steak, when it comes to other dishes like pizza or apple pie our current knowledge might fall a little short.

But do you need to bother with that stuff? Fear not, future wine snob this is all you need to know.”]

For those times, the Alexa Skill Wine Finder is just a question away. The app is loaded with a range of foods and the right wine to go with them. Once enabled, you can say things like “Wine pairing, what goes with hot dogs?” and get an answer of different types or a highly recommended wine.

If you already have a ton of wine knowledge it’s probably not going to make any recommendations you couldn’t come up with on your own. However, if you’re new to wine and need a little guidance it can be pretty useful to have on hand.

Also worth noting: This one isn’t just for home. If you have the Alexa app installed on your phone you can also ask her for wine recommendations while you’re out and about.
