Reduce Jet Lag By Doing This Airline-Approved Workout When You Land

When you travel to a different time zone, jet lag can sometimes be a difficult beast to handle. Long flights can be difficult on your body from a sheer “sitting for a long time in a small seat” perspective. When you add in a huge time change, the journey can take an even harder toll on your body.

Plane ticket prices fluctuate, and where you purchase your ticket can mean a difference of literally hundreds of dollars, depending on where you’re travelling to.”]

US airline Delta recently joined forces with Equinox to create a workout to help combat the issue. It’s a promo for their new A350 aircraft which is supposed to cut down on jet lag, but you can do it no matter what plane or airline you take to your destination.

The workout is broken down into four parts, and all four can be done in your hotel room with no need for additional equipment or anything else special. You can do one or all three, with the full workout taking 30 minutes total. The recommendation is to do the workout within 12 to 24 hours of your arrival.

It’s all pretty low impact and is meant to help trigger neuromuscular adaption and wake up your sense after a long journey.
